Drivers of Change
Every organisation must understand what is driving their change in their organisation. A firm grasp of which issues and trends are likely to have the biggest impact on the way an organisation does business can help that organisation to create better investment strategies, develop new products, identify emerging opportunities and come up with more robust plans for the future and prepare for business change management.
Business Change Management
Without knowledge of how an industry could develop, organisations will find themselves left behind, unable to cope with the pace of change, but with properly develop strategic plans; they can stay one-step-ahead of their competitors and be ready for change.
The drivers of change for each organisation are different, they may be large global forces or smaller, but no less significant, internal drivers. Futurist has developed the following list of drivers to demonstrate what a driver looks like and how they develop over time. The drivers provided are some of the major trends which Futurist believes will determine the shape of the UK economy in the long term.
