Futurist is holding a half day event at the Centre For Life, Newcastle, designed to help local businesses secure growth during difficult times. This will include not only an analysis of how our ‘futures thinking’ techniques can help you to navigate the recession, but also give you an insight into how your company can put itself into prime position to thrive as the economy begins to recover.
Futures thinking techniques have been used the world over and are a major part of the strategy process in most multinational organisations. This workshop will teach you how to apply these cutting edge long term planning techniques to your own organisation.
During the workshop Futurist will introduce you to techniques which will help you to improve profitability, make more efficient investment decisions, identify future opportunities and tackle emerging threats. The information provided and the exercise conducted will use relevant information based on the industry of each attendee, this will ensure that you receive practical advice based in the circumstances faced by your organisation.
By focussing on the long term our techniques can help you to become more flexible in response to changes in your markets, even helping you to anticipate these changes before they occur.
