Executive Retreats
Futurist offers courses aimed specifically at high level executives who are looking to develop personally and professionally. Our courses will coach participants in the application of Futures Thinking techniques with the modern management structure. This will include how to track driving forces and trends, how to create scenarios in which to test strategic decisions and how to adapt to changes in market conditions.
The sessions will also help attendees develop personal attributes such as creativity and communications skills. The course will also provide guidance on how to improve the quality of the leadership you provide through expert executive coaching.
These courses typically take the form of a 2-5 day retreat at a luxury resort.
Management Training
Futurist is also able to provide courses for senior managers who are looking to enhance their contribution to the strategic development of the organisation. The sessions will act as an introduction to Futures Thinking and demonstrate how these techniques may be applied to their management and strategy duties.
Courses can be done as part of a mixed group of attendees from a variety of companies or as a focussed session with a number of people all from the same management team.
Courses typically take place over 1-3 days.
Business Networks
Futurist is open to commission from Business Networking organisations who wish to add value to their client offering by hosting Futures Thinking Training Courses. The sessions will introduce participants to Futurist’s range of techniques and methodologies whilst also providing a series of networking exercises designed to create groups of likeminded businesses who share an interest in particular drivers or issues.
These sessions provide an excellent opportunity to create strong and lasting networks of businesses whilst also adding a significant benefit to the networking organisation and its clients alike.
